All images of flowers and foliage on our website are relevant to the season or time of year. Sometimes we will create bouquets and arrangements that may vary from the product you selected from the images displayed because we have had to substitute some of the flowers, blooms, or accessories. Visually the result will be very similar and to the same value, including the container and will replicate the style of the image displayed. If you have an aversion to, or a preference for, a particular flower type and colour, a certain style or foliage choice please get in touch and chat to one of our friendly florists.
Warragul Flower Shop does not apply refunds unless the quality of the flowers and/or foliage does not meet the reasonable standard as determined by Australian Consumer Law, or in the unlikely event that the flowers and/or foliage were damaged during the delivery process. If you believe that the product as delivered is unsatisfactory, we ask that you take a photo with a date and time stamp and call or visit us within 48 hours of the delivery. We will make every attempt to resolve the matter. Our refund policy does not apply if there is evidence that the goods have been altered, tampered with, dropped, or broken.
All products must be returned to Warragul Flower Shop at 20 Smith Street, Warragul by the sender or the recipient.
We do not give refunds if you cancel your order, change all or any part of the floral content of your order, or change your mind.
